Architect, accountant, doctor, contractor, IT – every profession carries different risks, and this is where policy fine print differs the most. I put the offers of insurers relevant to your profession in competition, and show you plainly what is covered and what is not.
🎮 Claim Judge – decide whether the claim is valid before time runs out!
Chamber minimum or the real risk? I show you the difference before it becomes a problem.
Exclusions, deductibles, retroactive cover – in decision-maker language, in a table.
If your claim is contested, I try to make sure you are not on your own: as your broker, I liaise with the insurer.
20 minutes by phone or video: your situation, your goals, your budget. Free of charge, with no obligation.
I collect offers from the relevant insurers and hand them over in a single, easy-to-read table – strengths and weaknesses included.
You decide, I handle the paperwork. If you have a question later or your situation changes, let me know – and when a claim comes, I help you get started.
The minimum is the entry ticket, not the sizing: the real risk depends on your contract portfolio, project values and liability chains. I show you the gap between the two before it becomes a problem.
Most professional indemnity policies tie cover to when the claim is asserted against the insured, rather than to when the damage occurred (claims made). At a switch, the first question is therefore continuity of cover: for every quote, it is worth negotiating the transfer of the retroactive date and run-off cover separately – the insurer decides whether to accept it.
Typically: intentional damage, liability voluntarily assumed beyond the law, and fines or penalties imposed on the insured (the latter can, at most, be covered separately via an extra-premium clause). I hand over the exclusions in a table, in decision-maker language.
I try to make sure you are not on your own: as your broker I liaise with the insurer and help substantiate the claim. Disputed claims are a focus of my service, not an exception.
Continuity of cover: carrying over the retroactive date, run-off cover for past years, and limits aligned with today’s contract portfolio.

A plumber, a painter, an accountant, a doctor – different trades, one shared question: who stands in when work causes damage to others? That is what liability insurance is for.
As an independent broker I make insurers compete for you – not the other way round. My advice costs you nothing.

felelosseg.biz is the information and quote-request page of Emánuel Dávid Tukacs, independent insurance broker. As a broker I act on the client's behalf: I compare offers from several insurers, and the decision always rests with the client. My advice is free of charge to the client – the brokerage remuneration is paid by the insurer.
